I had an outstanding experience today at Pep Boys, and I want to specifically recognize Jay, the manager, for his exceptional professionalism and customer service. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free.
Jay did an excellent job making sure my tires were installed quickly and correctly, and he took the time to ensure everything was done right.

No runaround, no stressjust great service and clear communication. This was honestly one of the best experiences Ive ever had getting tires installed.
If youre looking for a Pep Boys location that truly values its customers, ask for Jay.

He sets the standard for professionalism and customer care. Thank you again for such a great experience!

I am very dissatisfied as a customer the service is not what was expected I was told one thing and the exact opposite occurred then when I call to resolve the issue I was told that I would have to wait for an answer and my money was not guaranteed to be returned very poor customer service and then given a run around bout speaking to a supervisor u will not receive my buisiness again.
